Skout Group Legal Counsel @ Stamhuis Groep Onze opdrachtgever Stamhuis Groep is een bijna 100 jaar oud innovatief familiebedrijf en toonaangevende organisatie gespecialiseerd in modulair en prefab bouwen voor retail, kantoren, wonen en recreëren. Zij hebben een passie voor winkelontwerp en voor de snelheid en precisie waarmee ze een winkel (her)inrichten of ontwikkelen. Dit hebben zij bewezen bij klanten als Albert Heijn, Shell en Pets Place. Hiervoor hebben zij het Stamhuis Totaal Concept® ontwikkeld. De kernactiviteiten van Stamhuis zijn het ontwikkelen, tekenen, (af)bouwen en/of inrichten van een nieuwbouwpand of het uitrollen of versterken van een nieuwe winkelformule over alle filialen. Met ongeveer 250 medewerkers bouwen en renoveren zij elk jaar zo'n 1200 projecten in binnen- en buitenland. Daarnaast heeft Stamhuis een prefab fabriek waar (delen van) woningen worden geassembleerd. Tevens behoort tot de Stamhuis Groep een timmerfabriek waar onder andere houten meubels worden gefabriceerd. Zij bouwen snel en efficiënt vanuit vestigingen in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Stamhuis gelooft in een 100% voorbereiding van een project door eerst virtueel te bouwen. De komende jaren zullen zij zich nog meer profileren op het gebied van duurzaamheid, veiligheid en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen. Stamhuis is groot geworden door klein te blijven, waarbij het hun ambitie is organisch door te groeien tot de beste winkelbouwer van West-Europa.
