The posting

Als halfautomaat lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en lassen van metalen onderdelen met het MIG/MAG-proces. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten, afhankelijk van de sector waarin het bedrijf actief is, zoals metaalconstructie, machinebouw of automotive. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke las sterk en netjes is, volledig volgens de technische plannen of lasinstructies.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het controleren en voorbereiden van materialen. Je stelt je halfautomatisch lasapparaat correct in en voert laswerk uit volgens de geldende procedures. Je controleert de kwaliteit van je werk, werkt lassen na waar nodig en monteert of assembleert onderdelen. Veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkplek staan altijd centraal.

  • Je behaalde minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring als lasser, bij voorkeur met MIG/MAG.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en omzetten naar de praktijk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig bij wisselende opdrachten en deadlines.
  • Je denkt klantgericht en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing.
  • Ervaring met plooibanken, robotlassen en het instellen van lasapparatuur is een plus.
