The posting

  • Leiding geven aan het volledige payrollteam (19 medewerkers) en een uniforme manier van werken uitbouwen.
  • Complexe payrollprocessen begrijpen en sturen: verschillende profielen, uiteenlopende uurcontracten, rij- en rusttijden, nachtvergoedingen, ARAB-vergoedingen, regionale wetgeving.
  • Projectwerk: procedures uitschrijven, fouten analyseren, processen herwerken en implementeren.
  • Communicatie verbeteren tussen planning, payroll en IT (Project Hirondelle).
  • Testing & implementatie van nieuwe tools en toekomstige payrollsystemen.
  • Voorbereiden van de overgang naar een nieuw sociaal secretariaat.
  • Rapporteren aan de HR Director en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor directie.
  • Teamontwikkeling: een diverse groep medewerkers verbinden, begeleiden en laten groeien.
  • Nationaal samenwerken met HRBP’s, Comp & Ben, Social Relations en andere stakeholders.

Must haves

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een groot team.
  • Kennis van arbeiderspayroll.
  • Leiderschapspotentieel: je bent communicatief, verbindend en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Tweetalig Nederlands / Frans (operationele context).
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig locaties te bezoeken.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met complexe payrollomgevingen.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement of change trajecten.
  • Kennis van Easypay of andere payrollsoftware.
  • Affiniteit met mobiliteit, planning of operationele HR.
