Unser Best Western Parkhotel Hagenberg (4* Superior) verfügt über 90 Zimmer, einem Restaurant mit Bar und Lounge, zwei Tagungsräume und einem Wellnessbereich mit finnische Sauna, Kräutersauna, eine Infrarotkabine und einem Ruheraum mit Außenterrasse.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 1 Hausdame / Housekeeping (m/w/d) Voll- oder Teilzeit / mit Leitungsfunktion / ab sofort

Du bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung, spannenden Aufgaben und viel Abwechslung? Du arbeitest zudem gerne im Team, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise?

Deine Aufgaben

* die Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Housekeeping

* die tägliche Kontrolle und Abnahme der Reinigung und Pflege unserer Zimmer, unserer öffentlichen Bereiche und Tagungsräume

* die Überwachung der Housekeeping-Lager inklusive der Verbrauchskontrolle, Bestanderhaltung und Inventur

* die Preis- und Kostenkontrolle sowie die Rechnungsprüfung

* die Dienstplangestaltung für alle Mitarbeitenden im Housekeeping sowie die Kontrolle der Zeiterfassung und Urlaubsplanung

* die Kontrolle der Anreiselisten und die Pflege der Gastkartei

* das Beschwerdemanagement

* das Einhalten und Umsetzen der Hygienevorschriften

* das Einhalten und Umsetzen der Qualitätsvorgaben von Best Western

* die Mitarbeitenden im Housekeeping inklusive Mitarbeitergespräche, Unterweisungen und Schulungen

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung nicht unbedingt notwendig auch Quereinsteiger erwünscht.

* Freude und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen

* die Bereitschaft, sich persönlich für unsere Gäste und das Team einzusetzen

* eine selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

* ein fröhliches, herzliches und kompetentes Auftreten

* Flexibilität, Hilfsbereitschaft, Verständnis und Kritikfähigkeit, damit wir gemeinsam voran kommen

* Kommunikation in Deutscher Sprache
