Wir suchen 1 Hausmeister/in mit handwerklicher Ausbildung

Wir bieten ihnen:

* Arbeiten in einem langjährigen Team mit familiärem Umfeld. Mit einem fairen Miteinander, Respektvoll und auf Augenhöhe.

* in Voll- oder Teilzeit von 20-40 Stunden pro Woche

* tägliche Arbeitszeit und freie Tage nach Vereinbarung.

* GLEITZEIT möglich

* Sie erhalten einen monatlichen Bruttolohn von EUR 2.200,-- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

* für technische Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten rund um Hotel und Garten

* selbständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten wird vorausgesetzt

* Traktor-Führerschein wäre von Vorteil

* handwerkliches Geschick erforderlich

Kleinreparaturen (Hauswartung) - Liegenschaftsbetreuung

Reinigungskenntnisse - Winterdienst

* Sie sollten in der Umgebung wohnhaft sein - keine Unterkunftsmöglichkeit.
