Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in einem zukunftsorientierten und spannenden Unternehmensumfeld. Die Förderanlagen-Schlosserei Werfring GmbH ist ein Familienbetrieb, der über 30 Jahre erfolgreiche Firmengeschichte im Bereich der Fördertechnik aufweisen kann. Wir produzieren Sondermaschinen und Speziallösungen vorwiegend für die Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie für den gesamten europäischen Raum.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Hausmeister/in Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden ab sofort

der sich um die Instandhaltung unseres Betriebs sowie unsere Außenanlagen kümmert

und dort anpackt, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Allgemeine Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Rasen- und Gartenpflege

* Winterdienst und Schneeräumung

* Lieferungen und Abholungen durchführen

* Mithilfe beim Be- und Entladen von LKW

* Unterstützung bei weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Betrieb

Ihr Profil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem handwerklichen Beruf oder in der Hausmeisterei

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Freude daran, praktisch mit anzupacken und unterschiedliche Aufgaben zu übernehmen

Entlohnung

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn von brutto € 2.627,28 pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Sie können von einer marktkonformen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung ausgehen.
