Werde Teil dieser Erfolgsgeschichte und halte alles am Laufen: In unserem JUFA Hotel Grünau im Almtal*** mit 35 Zimmern sorgst du dafür, dass technisch alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Mit handwerklichem Geschick und lösungsorientiertem Denken bewahrst du den Wert unseres Hotels und bist der Retter in der Not, wenn mal etwas klemmt.

Entgelt:

* Gehalt: ab € 2.120,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit mit Ausbildung). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Qualifikation: Handwerkliches Geschick sowie idealerweise technisches Verständnis (Allrounder-Mentalität) und ein gültiger Führerschein B * Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Bereichen, vorzugsweise im Umfeld der Hotellerie oder Gebäudebetreuung * Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, saubere und genaue Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft * Persönlichkeit: Freundliches Wesen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität * Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen je nach betrieblichem Bedarf

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Instandhaltung & Reparatur: Durchführung von Ausbesserungs- und Malerarbeiten sowie Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen an der Hotelausstattung und am Gebäude. * Logistik & Support: Tatkräftige Unterstützung aller Abteilungen beim Warentransport sowie bei der fachgerechten Einlagerung von Getränken und Ersatzteilen * Außenanlagen: Pflege der Grünflächen und Außenanlagen sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Mülltrennung * Technik-Check: Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Funktion von Seminartechnik und TV-Geräten in den Gästezimmern * Teamwork: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Housekeeping, Küche und Empfang für einen reibungslosen Hotelbetrieb
