In de regio Roeselare ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar om als Heftruckchauffeur aan de slag te gaan binnen een moderne en hoogwaardige productieomgeving in de zoutsector. Dit standvastige lokale traject start via een uitzendperiode en biedt na een positieve evaluatie direct uitzicht op een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Wat ga je doen?

Als heftruckchauffeur stuur jij de interne logistiek en het terreintransport op de site in goede banen. Je neemt het verantwoorde laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en containers voor je rekening, waarbij je de geldende laadinstructies en de strikte hygiëneregels van de voedingssector nauwgezet volgt. Je manoeuvreert flexibel met verschillende machines: met de koertrekker verplaats je containers over de bedrijfssite en met de bull bevoorraad je tijdig de productielijnen. Om de logistieke keten ononderbroken te laten draaien, stem je je werkzaamheden continu af op het productieteam.

Buiten de stuurcabine van je voertuigen streek je ook graag de handen uit de mouwen voor het algemene fysieke werk op de site. Zo spring je proactief bij om de Warehouse Manager en de hoofdmagazijnier te assisteren tijdens drukke momenten of afwezigheden. Je werkt in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege shift van 05u00 tot 13u10 en late shift van 13u00 tot 21u10). Samen met je teamgenoten waarborg je dagelijks een opgeruimde, veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving op het gehele terrein.

Om deze job goed uit te voeren, ben je in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en heb je bij voorkeur al enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook goed zelfstandig kan functioneren. Veiligheid is voor jou uiterst belangrijk en je volgt alle instructies dan ook strikt op. Je bent stressbestendig, denkt in oplossingen en bent flexibel wat betreft je takenpakket. Het bezit van een rijbewijs CE en een bull-attest zijn belangrijke troeven voor deze vacature.
