Bedrijfsomschrijving Dit familiebedrijf produceert en levert hoogwaardige bestratingsmaterialen voor de professionele markt. In de fabriek heerst een nuchtere en collegiale sfeer waar medewerkers ruimte krijgen om zich te ontwikkelen. Klanten bestaan uit aannemers, hoveniers en andere bedrijven in de bouw- en infrasector. Er worden regelmatig gezamenlijke activiteiten en borrels georganiseerd.

Functieomschrijving Jouw werk begint waar de productie eindigt. Nieuwe bestratingsmaterialen komen van de productielijn en jij neemt het vanaf daar over. Met de heftruck breng je iedere lading naar de juiste plek op het buitenterrein. Een deel gaat naar de opslag, andere producten zet je alvast klaar voor transport. Je rijdt op grote Doosan heftrucks met een enkele of dubbele klem. Daarmee pak en verplaats je zware materialen die je niet zomaar even rechtzet. Goed kijken, rustig manoeuvreren en gevoel hebben voor de machine horen daarom bij je dagelijkse werk. Je werkt veel zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Op het terrein werk je samen met collega's uit de productie en logistiek. De omgang is informeel en praktisch: samen zorgen jullie voor een overzichtelijk terrein en een vlotte doorstroom van de materialen. Dit hoort bij jouw werk: - Je rijdt met een Doosan heftruck met enkele of dubbele klem; - Je verplaatst bestratingsmaterialen vanuit de productie; - Je geeft producten een logische en veilige plek op het buitenterrein; - Je zet bestellingen klaar die op transport gaan; - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega's van productie en logistiek; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig met zwaar materieel; - Je helpt tijdens het laatste uur van de middagdienst met het schoonmaken van de machines.
