In dieser verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Versorgung und Begleitung von Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen. Dabei können Sie auf ein unterstützendes Team und ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld zählen.

IHRE TÄTIGKEITEN UMFASSEN:

* Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten, insbesondere die Sorge für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Klienten_innen

* Unterstützung bei Besorgungen außerhalbe des Wohnbereiches

* Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Einnahme von Mahlzeiten

* Einfache Aktivierung, wie die Anregung zur Beschäftigung

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung in der Basisversorgung

* Flexibilität und Mitspracherecht bei der Dienstplanerstellung

* Keine Nachtdienste

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

Wir suchen eine Person, die mit Umsicht und Eigenverantwortung agiert und gleichzeitig ein echtes Gespür für Menschen mitbringt. Besonders wichtig sind uns:

* Abgeschlossene Heimhilfe-Ausbildung

* Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW

* Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit

* Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
