Unser Betrieb kann auf eine beeindruckende Geschichte zurückblicken. Seit der Gründung als Rampfmühle im Jahr 1446 hat sich das Unternehmen stetig weiterentwickelt und modernisiert, ohne dabei seine nachhaltigen, traditionellen Wurzeln zu verlieren. Seit über 44 Jahren führen wir mit Stolz, Leidenschaft und Engagement dieses Erbe fort, unterstützt von unserem fünfköpfigen Team.

Wir suchen als Verstärkung eine:n 1 HILFSKRAFT / SÄGEARBEITER:IN in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben (nach einer entsprechenden Einschulphase):

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards (Schnittholzsortierung, usw.)

* Bedienung und Wartung von Sägemaschinen und Holzbearbeitungsanlagen (Gattermaschine, Kreissäge, usw.)

* Zuschnitt und Bearbeitung von Holz nach spezifischen Vorgaben (Besäumen, Trocknung, usw.)

* Bedienung des Gabelstaplers sowie Radladers

Ihr Profil:

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Erste Berufserfahrung im techn./handwerklichen Bereich von Vorteil

* Körperliche Fitness

* Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Staplerführerschein von Vorteil (kann auch nachher nachgemacht werden)

* Führerschein B & eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes erforderlich

Gemäß § 9 Abs. 2 des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes ist für diese Position ein kollektivvertraglicher Lohn ab Euro 14,70 brutto/Stunde (38,5 Std./Woche bzw. 167 Std./Monat) vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung erfolgt nach Vereinbarung bzw. je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung!
