Netpoint Group is al meer dan 25 jaar een allround dienstverlener in de zorgbranche. Als persoonlijke steun en toeverlaat voor alle specialisten in de zorg nemen wij op het gebied van facturering en software het werk uit handen, zodat zij (meer) tijd overhouden voor hetgeen zij belangrijk vinden en waar zij goed in zijn. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden als (Fulltime) Hoofd afdeling Administratie? - Je geeft leiding en stuurt zeven medewerkers aan op de afdeling Administratie; - Je coördineert de werkzaamheden en de planmatige uitvoering daarvan, je bewaakt de dagelijkse werkvoorraad en de kwaliteit van het werk van het team; - Je signaleert, analyseert en stuurt aan op de werkprocessen binnen het team. Je controleert hierop en komt met verbetervoorstellen richting het management; - Je hebt een Informatieve en adviserende rol naar zowel de directe collega's als de manager en stemt af met collega's van andere afdelingen; - Je ondersteunt, instrueert, stimuleert, coacht en motiveert medewerkers om zich te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en de kwantiteit van de werkzaamheden, onder andere door het voeren van werkoverleg; - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling - Je houdt functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken Wie zoeken we?
