Functieomschrijving Conscious Group bestaat uit negen hotels, vier Hotel V-locaties, vijf Conscious Hotels-locaties en drie restaurants. Hier komen gastvrijheid, design en duurzaamheid samen. Conscious Hotels richt zich tot in het kleinste detail op duurzaamheid, zonder daarbij in te leveren op comfort. Hotel V staat bekend om zijn stijlvolle, karaktervolle en authentiek Amsterdamse sfeer. Binnen Conscious Group werken alle locaties samen als één team, gedreven door onze FOCAL-waarden: Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition en Love. En nu is Conscious Hotels op zoek naar een Hoofd Technische Dienst. In onze hotels staat gastvrijheid centraal in alles wat we doen. Om onze gasten een fijne ervaring te bieden, moeten onze gebouwen en technische installaties veilig, betrouwbaar, efficiënt en goed onderhouden zijn. Als Hoofd Technische Dienst houd je toezicht op de technische werkzaamheden binnen onze vijf Conscious Hotels en ondersteun je de teams hierin. Elk hotel heeft een eigen Technische Dienst Medewerker, die direct wordt aangestuurd door de Hotel Manager of Rooms Division Manager van de betreffende locatie. Jouw rol is om deze collega's met elkaar te verbinden, te coachen en te ondersteunen en om als technisch sparringpartner te fungeren wanneer uitdagingen complexer worden. Je combineert technische kennis met coördinatie en overzicht, maar bent ook hands-on wanneer dat nodig is. Wanneer er een groter of complexer technisch probleem ontstaat, werk je samen met de Technische Dienst Medewerker om het probleem te onderzoeken en tot de juiste oplossing te komen.
