Als Hoofdboekhouder A-Y neem je de boekhouding en financiële opvolging van meerdere Belgische vennootschappen in handen binnen een stabiele ondernemingsgroep. Je werkt vanuit twee locaties, Wijnegem en Antwerpen, in een compacte organisatie met korte communicatielijnen en veel autonomie.

In Wijnegem werk je nauw samen met de CEO en ben je diens financiële rechterhand. Je combineert operationele boekhouding met afsluitingen, rapportering en het verbeteren van financiële processen. In 2026 ligt de nadruk iets sterker op de operationele werkzaamheden. De functie kan voltijds of 4/5 worden ingevuld.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Verwerken van financiële verrichtingen.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Verzorgen van btw-aangiftes en andere periodieke fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Uitvoeren van intercompany-afstemmingen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingen.
  • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen.
  • Boeken van provisies en overlopende rekeningen.
  • Reconciliëren en opvolgen van balansrekeningen.
  • Opmaken en analyseren van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen.
  • Bespreken en verklaren van financiële resultaten.
  • Voorbereiden van jaarafsluitingen en jaarrekeningdossiers.
  • Voorbereiden van audit- en revisordossiers.
  • Samenwerken met externe accountants, fiscalisten en bedrijfsrevisoren.
  • Opvolgen en wegwerken van openstaande klanten- en leveranciersposities.
  • Detecteren en corrigeren van fouten en historische verschillen.
  • Verbeteren van financiële processen en datakwaliteit.
  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige opleiding of ervaring geniet de voorkeur.
  • Minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring binnen een brede A-Y boekhoudfunctie, als Senior Accountant of Hoofdboekhouder, is vereist.
  • Maand- en jaarafsluitingen, balansrekeningen en financiële rapportering zijn vertrouwd terrein.
  • Ervaring binnen een KMO- of multi-companyomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Excel beheers je uitstekend.
  • ERP- en boekhoudsoftware gebruik je vlot.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een troef.
  • Nederlands beheers je zeer goed, aangevuld met een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Werken in een onderneming waar Engels als voertaal wordt gebruikt, gaat je goed af.
  • Verplaatsingen tussen Wijnegem en Antwerpen passen binnen jouw verwachtingen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en structuur kenmerken je werk.
  • Een kritische blik helpt je om de oorzaak van afwijkende cijfers te achterhalen.
  • Een hands-on, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak maakt je een betrouwbare financiële partner.
