Ben jij een ervaren bouwprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over complexe projecten én mensen? Als Hoofdprojectleider ben je de verbindende schakel tussen strategie, uitvoering en teams. Je leidt uitdagende bouw- en renovatieprojecten van concept tot oplevering, bewaakt het volledige projectresultaat en geeft richting aan projectleiders, werfteams en externe partners.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere complexe bouw- en renovatieprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je stuurt projectleiders, ploegbazen en arbeiders aan, coacht teams en stimuleert hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning, budget en rendement en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig.
  • Je beheert projectmiddelen, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van de werven.
  • Je onderhoudt duurzame klantenrelaties, vertegenwoordigt de organisatie tijdens werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor een professionele communicatie.
  • Je denkt strategisch mee over verbeteringen, innovatieve werkmethodes en optimalisaties binnen de business unit.
  • Typische projecten: Historische gebouwen, scholen, kantoren, openbare gebouwen, monumenten en complexe renovaties van bestaande gebouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen bouw, renovatie, restauratie of een gelijkaardige sector.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en kan meerdere complexe projecten tegelijk overzichtelijk aansturen.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk leiderschap en weet teams te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, medewerkers en externe partners en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een passie voor innovatie, kwaliteit en duurzame bouwoplossingen.
