Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven woonzorgcoördinator voor onze campus Betze Rust in Geetbets.

Wil jij graag jouw zorginhoudelijke en leidinggevende expertise, met een hart voor het wonen en leven in de ouderenzorg combineren met jouw ondernemende positieve ingesteldheid, dan ben je de geknipte persoon om deze in te zetten in de warme bedrijfscultuur van onze vzw.

Jouw functie

  • De woonzorgcoördinator is verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatief hoogstaande bewonerszorg voor de bewoners van de afdeling. Hij/zij streeft voortdurend een grote tevredenheid van gebruikers en familieleden na en mikt op net dat tikkeltje meer. De woonzorgcoördinator staat voor een organisatie waar de bewoner zich écht thuis voelt, nog voluit kan leven en aan het stuur van het leven mag blijven zitten. Een huiselijke, familiale sfeer wordt nagestreefd.
  • De woonzorgcoördinator bepaalt de werkorganisatie op de afdeling: hij/zij staat in voor een doelmatige en efficiënte aanwending van de beschikbare personeelsbestaffing met het oog op een optimaal welbevinden van medewerkers en bewoners. Oplossingsgericht denken en handelen maakt hier onlosmakelijk deel van uit.
  • De woonzorgcoördinator geeft op een warm-menselijke maar tegelijk sterke manier leiding aan de medewerkers van de afdeling. Hij/zij zet in op een warm werkklimaat, en coacht op basis van spontane directe feedback. Hij/zij heeft als streefdoel: een (h)echt team vormen dat bezield en gedreven werkt om mee vorm te geven aan een plek waar het fijn wonen, leven en werken is voor iedereen.
  • De woonzorgcoördinator bewerkstelligt een goede samenwerking en communicatie zowel binnen het eigen woonzorgteam, met alle andere diensten/disciplines, als met externe partners. Hij/zij initieert en organiseert de nodige overlegmomenten en neemt hier een actieve rol in op.
  • De woonzorgcoördinator geeft in overleg met de campusdirecteur en de kwaliteitscoördinator uitvoering aan het kwaliteitsbeleid en –planning.
  • De woonzorgcoördinator beheert de middelen van de afdeling als een goede huisvader/huismoeder: dit betreft gebruik van materialen, voorzien van werkinstructies, het opvolgen van bestellingen, verbruik en de begroting, het hanteren van een gezonde kosten-baten-reflex.

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde (bij voorkeur) of een bachelorsdiploma in een zorg- of welzijnsdomein.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de sector.
  • Je hebt minstens basiskennis van de gangbare PC toepassing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basiskennis van zorgtoepassingen is een pluspunt
  • Je kan goed plannen en organiseren en bent resultaatsgericht
  • Je hanteert een coachende leiderschapsstijl en bent een echte people manager
  • Je bent analytisch sterk; je kan hoofdzaken van bijzaken onderscheiden en probleemoplossend denken: je denkt in mogelijkheden & oplossingen
  • Je hebt sterke sociale en relationele vaardigheden en een groot empathisch vermogen.
  • Je hebt een positief kritische ingesteldheid.
