Je zorgt ervoor dat gewerkte uren correct worden geregistreerd, nieuwe ingeleende collega's administratief goed worden verwerkt en gegevens op tijd klaarstaan voor payroll en facturatie. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe inleenbureaus. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je controleert, registreert en verwerkt urenregistraties van vaste en ingeleende medewerkers; - Je verzorgt de wekelijkse en maandelijkse afsluiting; - Je verwerkt nieuwe externe medewerkers, tarieven en tijdlijsten in het systeem; - Je controleert overuren, verlof, toeslagen en andere afwijkingen; - Je verwerkt PO's en eventuele correcties op facturen; - Je houdt overzichten en rapportages bij, bijvoorbeeld rondom de Arbeidstijdenwet; - Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking van buitenlandse medewerkers en Posted Workers. Wat wij jou bieden Je krijgt een afwisselende administratieve HR-functie waarin je een aantal financiële taken hebt zoals het maken van PO's. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie waar je direct aan de slag kunt. De opdracht loopt naar verwachting tot en met februari 2027. Daarnaast bieden wij: - Een salaris tot €4.000 per maand op basis van leeftijd en ervaring; - 38 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van fulltime; - 8% vakantiegeld; Wat wij van je vragen Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die nauwkeurig én flexibel is. Op bepaalde momenten heb je te maken met deadlines voor de week- of maandafsluiting, terwijl er ondertussen ook vragen van collega's en werknemers binnenkomen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je overzicht houdt en gemakkelijk prioriteiten kunt stellen.
