Als HR-medewerker zorg je voor structuur, overzicht en goede ondersteuning binnen een organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke taak. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-medewerker bij SodM ondersteun je het HR-team bij de dagelijkse HR-dienstverlening. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR-vragen en werkt samen met HR Business Partners, Recruitment, de Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen en de HR-projectleider. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Registreren van in- en uitstroom, doorstroom, inhuur en detacheringen in P-Direkt (ons personeelsinformatie systeem). - Beheren en actueel houden van personeelsdossiers en de HR-administratie. - Beantwoorden van vragen via de algemene HRM-mailbox en ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. - Organiseren van medische keuringen en eed- en beloftebijeenkomsten. - Verwerken van UWV-documenten en andere HR-gerelateerde stukken. - Uitvoeren van controle- en uitzoekwerkzaamheden en ondersteunen bij HR-projecten en projectgroepen. - Ondersteunen bij facilitaire HR-processen en signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR-processen. Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week . De opdracht duurt in eerste instantie 4 maanden , met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Wie ben jij? Je werkt nauwkeurig en brengt graag structuur aan. Ook als het druk is, houd je overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten. Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk. Je bent servicegericht, proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
