Je combineert scherpe analyses met pragmatisch advies en bent zichtbaar aanwezig in de operatie. Geen adviserende rol vanaf de zijlijn, maar een functie waarin je direct invloed hebt op de prestaties, ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Dit ga je doen Je komt te werken in het HR-team Noordoost en bent verantwoordelijk voor districten in Apeldoorn en Houten (minimaal 2 dagen in Houten). Samen met de leidinggevenden in jouw regio zorg je voor een sterke, toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je signaleert kansen, vertaalt data naar acties en ondersteunt managers bij complexe personeelsvraagstukken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Datagedreven HR-advies - Je analyseert HR-data zoals verzuim, verloop en min-/meeruren. Op basis van deze inzichten adviseer je managementteams en help je hen om concrete verbeteringen door te voeren. Arbeidsrecht en verzuimbegeleiding - Je ondersteunt managers bij complexe verzuimtrajecten, arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken, dossieropbouw en gesprekken met medewerkers. Strategisch sparringpartner voor de operatie - Je adviseert leidinggevenden bij gevoelige personeelskwesties, verandertrajecten en organisatieontwikkelingen. Daarbij geef je zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd advies. Samenwerking met specialisten - Je schakelt waar nodig met juristen, vakbonden, arbodiensten en andere interne specialisten om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven - Je draagt actief bij aan regionale en landelijke HR-projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van CSU.
