Bij Claresco krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en impact te maken. Je bent sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden, ondersteunt medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van HR binnen onze organisatie. Dit ga je doen Als HR Adviseur ben je samen met je collega HR Adviseur (Sanne) verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan HR-werkzaamheden. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen werkzaamheden, het ene moment adviseer je het MT, het andere moment ben je bezig met het uitwerken van een project en het andere moment werk je de HR-administratie bij. Als HR Adviseur ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de operationele en strategische kant van HR binnen één bedrijf van de Claresco Groep en bouwt hierdoor een sterke samenwerking op met het MT, leidinggevenden en medewerkers van de organisatie. Zo heb je veel ruimte om eigenaarschap te nemen en echt impact te maken binnen de organisatie. - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over personele vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van verzuim- en inzetbaarheidstrajecten; - Ondersteunen bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken; - Coördineren van werving- en selectieprocessen; - Begeleiden van in-, door- en uitstroomtrajecten; - Uitvoeren van de HR-administratie; - Signaleren, verbeteren en professionaliseren van HR-processen; - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van HR-beleid; - - (On)gevraagd ondersteunen van management en directie met HR-advies; - Bijdragen aan thema's zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid, ontwikkeling en werkgeverschap.
