Je verwerkt snel, deskundig en consistent zowel dagelijkse als meer complexe HR-vragen via telefoon, tickets en livechat. Je levert betrouwbare service met duidelijke afspraken, hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en een persoonlijke, betrokken benadering. Je hebt al 1/2 jaar werkervaring en kunt dit meenemen in de functie. Daarnaast luister je actief, denk je vooruit en zorg je dat collega's binnen de bank zich echt gehoord voelen. Je helpt medewerkers via het juiste contactkanaal en koppelt inzichten terug om de HR-dienstverlening en processen van ABN AMRO continu te verbeteren en te vereenvoudigen.
