Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR adviseur, die vanuit passie en vakmanschap een waardevolle bijdrage levert aan de HR vraagstukken die de zorg met zich meebrengt. Ons zelfstandige HR team bestaat uit een mix van zo'n 20 professionals op het gebied van o.a. HR advies, verzuim, vitaliteit, recruitment en leren & ontwikkelen. Jouw toegevoegde waarde als HR adviseur Wij zijn op zoek naar een vijfde HR adviseur die ons team komt versterken. Iedere HR adviseur is verantwoordelijk voor een aantal zorglocaties en/of ondersteunende teams en de voorkeur gaat nu uit naar iemand die onze locaties en wijkteams in Asten en Someren gaat ondersteunen. Je bent de spelverdeler tussen deze locaties/teams en de diverse HR expertises en pakt zelfstandig diverse vraagstukken en (arbeids-juridische) casuïstiek op. Daarnaast ben je (tactisch) verantwoordelijk voor beleid en projecten die we zoveel mogelijk laten aansluiten bij jouw interesse en ervaring. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat we meebewegen met de veranderingen, ontwikkelingen en behoeftes binnen Savant en het zorglandschap waar wij ons in bevinden. Je neemt graag initiatief en weet gemakkelijk te verbinden met collega's en externe partners om te komen tot een goede samenwerking. Gezamenlijk hebben wij als doel om de HR afdeling steeds verder te professionaliseren en integraal een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan het werkgeluk van onze Savant collega's.
