In deze rol geef je, samen met de HR Business Partner, richting aan HR-beleid en draag je bij aan een positieve employee experience. Hoe dit er concreet uitziet Als HR Adviseur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-operatie voor ons bedrijf van ongeveer 170 medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je gaat je onder andere bezighouden met: - het beantwoorden van 1e lijns vragen - on- en offboarding - het maken van contracten en mutaties - verzuimcasuïstiek (Poortwachter) - de performancecyclus - HR-admin/AVG - het verzorgen van rapportages - de ondersteuning van de afdeling recruitment Je werkt in deze rol nauw samen met onze HR Business Partner en het managementteam om complexe HR-vraagstukken op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Met jouw ervaring en expertise zorg je voor een positieve en professionele werkomgeving waarin collega's optimaal kunnen functioneren en groeien. Jouw vaardigheden We zoeken een HR Adviseur die van doorpakken houdt. Mensen weten je te vinden. Uiteraard ben je discreet maar ook een stevige gesprekspartner richting managers. Daarnaast: - HRM gerelateerde hbo/wo opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol - Kennis van HR trends, verzuimcasuïstiek, wet en regelgeving - Kennis van arbeidsrecht en dit echt kunnen toepassen - Kennis van wet verbetering Poortwachter - Ervaring in een dynamische, groeiende omgeving (bij voorkeur IT of consultancy) - Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels op C1 niveau Wat krijg je van ons? ...
