Hoewel de basis staat, liggen er nog flinke stappen voor ons om HR-processen verder te professionaliseren, beleid te ontwikkelen en structuur te brengen. En juist daar is jouw senioriteit, creativiteit en scherpte van grote waarde. Jouw rol als senior HR-adviseur Als senior HR-adviseur bij YOEP ga je aan de slag in een organisatie die is ontstaan uit meerdere, samengevoegde GGZ- en jeugdhulporganisaties. Samen één organisatie worden vraagt om eenduidig beleid, heldere processen en een herkenbare cultuur. Daar draag jij direct aan bij vanuit het HR-team. YOEP kent drie domeinen: jeugd- en opvoedhulp (J&O), GGZ voor jongeren tot 18 jaar en GGZ voor volwassenen. Jij wordt het vaste senior HR-aanspreekpunt voor vaste locaties, verdeeld over de 3 domeinen. Dat betekent dat je je verdiept in de dynamiek en vraagstukken die daar spelen. Je kent de praktijk, begrijpt de uitdagingen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden en sluit met jouw adviezen en oplossingen aan bij hun werkelijkheid. De functie in het kort - Adviseren van leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen jouw domein over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken zoals loopbaanontwikkeling, opleidingen, arbeidsrechtelijke casuïstiek en verzuim; - Verdiepen in de dagelijkse praktijk van jouw domein zodat je weet wat er speelt en je met passende HR-oplossingen kunt komen; - Bezoeken van locaties en aanwezig zijn als zichtbaar en benaderbaar aanspreekpunt voor onze teams; - Vertalen van organisatie brede HR-afspraken en beleid naar praktische toepassingen die aansluiten bij jouw domein; - Bijdragen aan thema's als opleidingsbeleid ...
