Bij Dutch Crowd Security zoeken we een HR Adviseur die samen met de collega's van het team HR & Recruitment, HR nog steviger neerzet en naar een hoger niveau tilt. Dutch Crowd Security groeit hard. Dat vraagt om een HR adviseur die vooruitkijkt, eigenaarschap pakt, snel schakelt en dicht op de business werkt. Het mooie van deze rol is dat je directe invloed hebt op HR-beleid, de HR-processen én de ontwikkeling van onze mensen. Geen logge structuren, maar snelheid, ruimte om te bouwen en direct resultaat te zien van jouw werk. Dit is wat je doet: Bij Dutch Crowd Security staan mensen centraal: onze beveiligers, de inhuurpartners met wie wij samenwerken en onze collega's op kantoor. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR & Recruitment en combineert adviseren, uitvoeren en verbeteren. Je werkzaamheden als HR Adviseur bestaan onder andere uit:. - Adviseren en sparren : je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij HR-vraagstukken zoals arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim en loopbaanontwikkeling en je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd HR advies. - Recruitment en partnerschappen : je zoekt actief nieuwe collega's en inhuurpartners en voert kennismakings- en sollicitatiegesprekken. Samen met marketing zorg je voor wervende vacatureteksten en een sterke employer branding. - HR-beleid en processen : je vertaalt strategie naar concreet HR-beleid, bewaakt processen van onboarding tot uitstroom en houdt de HR-administratie up-to-date. - Onboarding en ontwikkeling : je helpt bij het begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en ingehuurde professionals zodat zij zich snel thuis voelen en stimuleert bovendien hun groei en ontwikkeling. - Compliance en kwaliteit : je houdt dagelijks zicht op de actuele wet- en regel...
