Zoek je een rol waarin je écht invloed hebt op hoe medewerkers zich voelen, groeien en samenwerken? Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Adviseur in de regio Den Haag. Als HR Adviseur ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en teams binnen de organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je combineert strategisch meedenken met praktische ondersteuning en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende HR-thema's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over HR-vraagstukken, verzuimpreventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Ondersteunen bij casuïstiek en het creëren van een gezonde, veilige en prettige werkomgeving; - Signaleren en implementeren van veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en cao-afspraken; - Meewerken aan organisatieontwikkelingen en verandertrajecten; - Initiëren en begeleiden van HR-projecten op thema's zoals onboarding, leiderschap, employer branding en medewerkerontwikkeling; - Bijdragen aan een sterke en toekomstgerichte HR-aanpak. Je werkt samen in een enthousiast HR-team met diverse specialismen, binnen een organisatie waar samenwerking en persoonlijke aandacht vooropstaan. - Den Haag - 24 - 28 uur Functie-eisen Wie ben jij?
