HR-adviseur | Breda | 36-40 uur Breda Over de functie Als HR-adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering en verdere ontwikkeling van de HR-processen binnen de afdeling Tankstations. Managers komen met hun personeelsvragen eerst bij jou, van een lastig functioneringsgesprek tot een langdurige verzuimzaak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Managers adviseren over functioneren, ontwikkeling, verzuim en uitstroom; - Advies- en personeelsgesprekken voeren en waar nodig juridische brieven opstellen; - HR-processen bewaken en verbeteren, en wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving vertalen naar de praktijk; - Meewerken aan HR-projecten en verbetertrajecten binnen de afdeling; - Zorgen voor een kloppende en actuele HR-administratie, in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's in het HR-team. Wanneer nodig ga je op pad naar de tankstations om daar met managers en medewerkers te praten. Zo houd je goed contact met de locaties en de mensen die er werken. Wat breng jij als HR-adviseur | Breda | 36-40 uur Omdat managers op jouw advies moeten kunnen bouwen, zoeken we iemand die: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in HRM heeft; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring heeft in een adviserende HR-rol; - Goede kennis heeft van arbeidsrecht en HR-processen; - Zelfstandig werkt en managers met heldere argumenten weet te adviseren en overtuigen; - Gestructureerd werkt, met oplossingen komt en goed prioriteiten stelt. - Ervaring met HR-systemen is een pluspunt.
