Hogeschool Inholland HR Business Partner Haarlem Werk- en denkniveau : Master Tijdelijk Als HR Business Partner ben je de strategische sparringpartner van een faculteit of stafdirectie. Je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse praktijk en vertaalt organisatieontwikkelingen naar een duidelijke HR-koers. Je weet wat er speelt binnen het onderwijs, hebt oog voor mensen én resultaten en begrijpt goed hoe HR kan bijdragen aan het realiseren van organisatiedoelen. Je bent een verbinder die gemakkelijk kan schakelen tussen de verschillende belangen en niveaus binnen onze hogeschool. Daarbij werk je niet alleen aan de HR-vraagstukken van vandaag, maar denk je ook mee over de organisatie van morgen. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams en leidinggevenden én aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Hogeschool Inholland als werkgever. Onze HR-organisatie is vernieuwd. We werken vanuit één centrale HR-organisatie met drie teams: Advies, Beleid & Expertise en Services. Door onze expertise te bundelen werken we vanuit uniforme en heldere HR-kaders en bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige HR-dienstverlening. Als HR Business Partner maak je onderdeel uit van het team HR Advies. De HR Business partner is de strategisch gesprekspartner van één faculteit of de stafdirecties en vertaalt de strategie en doelen naar een concrete HR-agenda, afgestemd op de totale HR agenda en passend binnen de strategische koers van de hogeschool. Daar waar de HR Business Partner richting geeft aan de strategische HR-agenda, vertalen de HR-adviseurs deze agenda naar concrete uitvoering. Samen zorgen jullie voor een effectieve ondersteuning van de organisatie en een eenduidige toepassing van HR-beleid binnen Inholland. Je fungeert als gesprekspartner van het faculteits-MT of diensten-MT: je bent aanspreekpunt voor de directeur, denkt mee als strategisch adviseur over HR thema's en maakt afspraken over de dienstverlening.
