Verspreid over verschillende locaties door geheel Nederland, levert deze divisie planbare oogzorg van hoge kwaliteit. De behoefte aan oogheelkundige zorg groeit in Nederland en die dynamiek is voor jou als HR Business Partner erg interessant. De arbeidsmarkt groeit namelijk niet in dezelfde snelheid mee, dus is anders kijken naar capaciteit een must. Je werkt vanuit Support Office Naarden. Je vertaalt strategische en operationele doelstellingen naar een toekomstbestendige organisatie, passende capaciteit en sterk leiderschap. Daarbij kijk je verder dan traditionele HR-thema's en verbind je People-vraagstukken aan kwaliteit, continuïteit, cliëntbeleving en financieel resultaat.
