Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als HR Business Partner ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-thema's, zoals arbeidsvoorwaarden, personeelsbeleid, organisatieontwikkeling, werving & selectie en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie van het HR-beleid. Wat ga jij doen Je werkt binnen het Shared Service Center Human Resources en ondersteunt de organisatie bij operationele, tactische en strategische HR-vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw kennis van arbeidsrecht, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsmanagement weet je complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische en passende oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren van directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers over HR-beleid, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsvraagstukken; - Implementeren, bewaken en optimaliseren van HR-beleid, HR-processen en personeelsregelingen; - Ondersteunen en adviseren van leidinggevenden bij de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, inclusief personeelsplanning en werving & selectie; - Toezien op de correcte toepassing van arbeidswetgeving, cao-afspraken en interne regelgeving; - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen het HR-vakgebied en deze vertalen naar de organisatie; - Beheren en monitoren van HR-systemen en opstellen van HR-rapportages en managementinformatie; - Onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen, zoals opleidingsinstituten, uitzend- en wervingsbureaus en sociale instanties; - Bijdragen aan HR-projecten en organisatieontwikkelingen.
