Voor ons Servicekantoor en Distributiecentrum in Waalwijk zoeken wij een ervaren HR Business Partner ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof. In deze tijdelijke functie van begin januari tot en met juni 2027 ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams en de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Business Partner ben je de sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden van het Servicekantoor en Distributiecentrum. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, van verzuim en functioneren tot ontwikkeling, arbeidsvoorwaarden en organisatieveranderingen. Samen met leidinggevenden en je HR-collega's zorg je voor een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers optimaal kunnen presteren en zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je weet de juiste balans te vinden tussen mens, organisatie en resultaat en durft gevraagd én ongevraagd advies te geven. In het kort: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij operationele en tactische HR-vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en adviseren over duurzame inzetbaarheid; - adviseren over functioneren, ontwikkeling, arbeidsvoorwaarden en arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen; - Begeleiden van in-, door- en uitstroomtrajecten; - Ondersteunen bij organisatie- en verandertrajecten; - Signaleren van HR-risico's, kansen en verbeterinitiatieven; - Analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete acties; - Bijdragen aan HR-projecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte vastlegging ...
