Vacatureomschrijving Je zoekt waarschijnlijk niet actief naar een nieuwe baan. Maar als je een ervaren HR Business Partner bent die graag invloed heeft, managers echt verder helpt én onderdeel wil zijn van een organisatie die midden in een grote transformatie zit, dan is dit misschien precies de rol waar je op zat te wachten. In deze rol ben jij de vaste partner voor ongeveer twintig vestigingen binnen onze commerciële organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met vestigingsmanagers, salesmanagers en teamleiders en adviseert hen over alles wat te maken heeft met mensen, teams en organisatieontwikkeling. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vanaf afstand adviseert. Jij bent zichtbaar in de regio, bezoekt de vestigingen en weet wat er speelt. Daardoor geef je advies dat past bij de praktijk én bij de koers van de organisatie. De ene dag begeleid je een verandertraject, de volgende dag coach je een manager in een complexe casus of denk je mee over talentontwikkeling, performance, verzuim of duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je wordt onderdeel van een professioneel HR-team waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Strategisch en tactisch adviseren van managers over HR- en organisatievraagstukken. Denk hierbij aan verandertrajecten, adviseren over verzuim en het sparren over personeelsplanning. - Coachen en begeleiden van leidinggevenden bij performanc...
