Als HR Businesspartner Mens, Talent & Groei zit je dicht op die ontwikkeling. Je werkt met directie en leidinggevenden en helpt hen vooruit te kijken naar hun teams. Waar ontstaat ruimte? Waar wordt capaciteit krap? Welke kennis missen we straks? Wie kan doorgroeien? En waar moeten we vandaag al iets in beweging zetten? Vanuit deze rol versterk je de kwaliteit van instroom, behoud en ontwikkeling door processen te organiseren, knelpunten zichtbaar te maken, opvolging aan te jagen en leidinggevenden te helpen tijdig de juiste keuzes te maken rondom instroom, inzetbaarheid, doorstroom, opvolging en behoud. De eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het bepalen, onderbouwen en realiseren van de concrete personeelsbehoefte ligt bij de managers; jij brengt structuur, overzicht, prioriteit en voortgang in het proces daaromheen. Daarvoor hoef je geen HR-duizendpoot te zijn. Salarisadministratie en verzuimregistratie zijn elders georganiseerd. Jij houdt je bezig met de lijn die ertussen loopt: instroom, inzetbaarheid, ontwikkeling, doorstroom en behoud. Je ziet de samenhang en zorgt dat plannen ook praktijk worden. Je bent nadrukkelijk geen recruiter, maar een procesregisseur en businesspartner die verbindt en uitdaagt. We zoeken een goede professional die het vak beheerst, zelfstandig kan werken en stevig genoeg is om door te vragen. Iemand die zorgvuldig werkt, makkelijk schakelt tussen directie en werkvloer en weet wanneer je moet aanjagen en wanneer je eigenaarschap bij een ander laat.
