Daarbij krijg je te maken met situaties waarin belangen uiteenlopen, besluiten gevoelig kunnen liggen en juridisch en menselijk perspectief samenkomen. Juist daar komt jouw ervaring goed van pas. Dit is jouw impact Als HR Business Partner ben je een zelfstandige en deskundige gesprekspartner voor managers en coaches binnen meerdere clusters en units. Je adviseert op tactisch en strategisch niveau en bent vanuit HR betrokken bij uiteenlopende personele en organisatievraagstukken. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen complexe individuele dossiers, arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en organisatiebrede ontwikkelingen. Je analyseert situaties zorgvuldig, brengt risico's en verschillende belangen in kaart en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar een praktisch en uitvoerbaar advies. Je bent daarbij meer dan een adviseur. Je stelt kritische vragen, houdt managers en coaches een spiegel voor en durft een duidelijk standpunt in te nemen. Tegelijkertijd weet je wanneer een situatie om nuance, maatwerk of extra expertise vraagt. Met jouw advies help je managers om onderbouwde en zorgvuldige keuzes te maken die direct gevolgen hebben voor medewerkers, teams en de organisatie.
