Je zorgt voor correcte toepassing van cao's, bewaakt naleving van wetgeving en ondersteunt bij HR-vraagstukken. Jij houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan een professionele backoffice. - Je nieuwe baan Wat verwachten wij van jou? In deze functie ben jij degene die zorgt dat cao's en arbeidsvoorwaarden correct worden toegepast binnen de organisatie. Je signaleert wijzigingen, vertaalt deze naar de praktijk en adviseert over reserveringen, beloningen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met contractbeheer, verloning en de controle op mutaties en afspraken. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het uitpluizen van cao's, het verwerken van administratieve mutaties en overleg met collega's over contracten of beloningswijzigingen. Je voert daarnaast sollicitatie-, voortgangs- en evaluatiegesprekken voor de interne organisatie en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen. Met jouw scherpe blik signaleer je knelpunten en draag je actief bij aan verbetering van werkwijze en structuur. Spreekt het je aan om een inhoudelijke rol te vervullen binnen een hecht team en heb je gevoel voor structuur en nauwkeurigheid?
