Over ons Als managed serviceprovider (MSP) zorgen wij ervoor dat de techniek van onze klanten optimaal functioneert. Onze medewerkers vormen het hart van onze dienstverlening: zij zijn het gezicht naar de klant, dragen kennis en zorgen voor continuïteit. Wij zijn een nuchtere en informele organisatie met korte lijnen. Werken graag samen, helpen elkaar en zijn praktisch ingesteld. Met een groeiend team van ongeveer 38 medewerkers is Bizway groot genoeg om HR breed en professioneel neer te zetten, maar klein genoeg om iedereen te kennen en snel iets voor elkaar te krijgen. De rol in het kort Als HR-generalist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse HR-zaken binnen Bizway. Je ondersteunt directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij onder meer verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en arbeidsrechtelijke vragen. Je bewaakt de voortgang, coördineert waar nodig de werving en selectie en zorgt dat HR-processen en regelingen praktisch, actueel en werkbaar blijven. Samen met collega's en externe partners zorg je ervoor dat HR binnen Bizway goed geregeld is en blijft. Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden: - Je zorgt voor duidelijke, praktische en werkbare dat onze HR-processen duidelijk, praktisch en werkbaar zijn en bewaakt dat gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd. - Je begeleidt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Je coördineert en begeleidt het werving- en selectieproces, werkt hierbij samen met externe partners en ondersteunt leidinggevenden ...
