HR Medewerker (m/v, 24-40 uur) Als HR Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers op kantoor én op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle personeelszaken soepel verlopen en ondersteunt de directie bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Beheren van personeelsdossiers en contracten - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, verlengingen en correspondentie - Verwerken van mutaties voor de salarisadministratie - Ondersteunen bij werving en selectie van vakmensen en uitvoerend personeel - Begeleiden van in- en uitdiensttreding - Ziekteverzuimregistratie en contact met de arbodienst - Toezien op naleving van arbeidswetgeving en (bij voorkeur) cao Bouw & Infra - Meedenken over verbetering van HR-processen en personeelsontwikkeling Wat breng je mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM - Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR-functie - Affiniteit met de bouwsector - Nauwkeurigheid en een praktische, hands-on instelling - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Discretie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal Wij bieden: - Een zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie binnen een stabiel en groeiend bouwbedrijf - Marktconform salaris, afhankelijk van ervaring - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een informele, collegiale werksfeer met korte lijnen - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling Aanbod Wil jij bijdragen aan een sterke en betrokken organisatie binnen de bouw?
