De omvang van het HR-team bedraagt 10 FTE. Deze capaciteit is verdeeld over verschillende HR-disciplines, zoals HR Business Partners, HR Services, Recruitment, Verzuim en Learning & Development. Door deze verdeling kan het team zowel operationele als tactische en strategische HR-vraagstukken effectief ondersteunen. Keolis is een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is.
