Als HR-medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je houdt je bezig met alle voorkomende HR-taken, zoals: - Werving & selectie van nieuwe collega's - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en HR-documentatie - Beheer van personeelsdossiers - Ondersteunen bij verzuimbegeleiding - Meedenken over ontwikkeling, vitaliteit en werkgeluk - Het stroomlijnen en verbeteren van HR-processen Je werkt zelfstandig, maar natuurlijk in nauwe afstemming met de directie en onze teamleiders. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in HRM of een vergelijkbare richting - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een brede HR-functie - Je bent zorgvuldig, mensgericht en houdt van korte lijnen - Je vindt het leuk om in een praktische, ondernemende organisatie te werken - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
