Technologie, innovatie en kwaliteit staan daarbij centraal. Case Packing Systems maakt deel uit van de Zweedse XANO Group. Binnen CPS werken we met korte lijnen en een praktische instelling. Als HR Officer maak je onderdeel uit van een kleine HR-afdeling en werk je rechtstreeks samen met de HR Manager. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat HR goed georganiseerd is en verder wordt ontwikkeld. Wat je gaat doen Als HR Officer heb je een brede en afwisselende rol binnen HR. Je ondersteunt de HR Manager bij de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden en bent verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de HR-administratie en -processen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - HR-administratie & operationele ondersteuning - Het verwerken en beheren van personeelsgegevens en personeelsdossiers. - Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR-documenten. - Het verwerken van in-, door- en uitstroom. - Het bijhouden van verlof-, verzuim- en andere personeelsgegevens. - Het beantwoorden van dagelijkse HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. - Het ondersteunen van de HR Manager bij uiteenlopende operationele HR-vraagstukken. - Het onderhouden van contact met externe HR-dienstverleners.
