Je recruiter Marjolein staat voor je klaar. Dit is jouw toekomst Als HR Officer voer en coördineer je de HR-administratie, verbeter je onze processen en ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons HR-team. Spreekt dit je aan? Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle administratieve HR-processen en de uitvoering ervan. Denk hierbij aan personeelsadministratie, on- en offboarden van medewerkers, de verwerking van mutaties. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden als het gaat om vragen over de cao en arbeidsvoorwaardenregelingen. Je stelt HR-rapportages en managementinformatie over verzuim, verloop en formatie. Je bent kritisch op de processen in AFAS, doet voorstellen voor verbeteringen. Je levert een constructieve bijdrage aan (verbeter)projecten en legt veranderingen of nieuwe processen vast in procedures en werkinstructies. Wat neem je mee? - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding in HRM; - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een HR (administratie) functie; - Ervaring met AFAS of een vergelijkbaar HR-systeem is een pre; - Ervaring met procesverbetering of projectmatig werken is een pre. Net zo belangrijk is wie je bent als persoon. Wij zoeken een communicatieve, klant- en resultaatgerichte collega. Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
