Voor onze opdrachtgever in Middelburg zoeken wij een HR & Payroll Administrator. In deze functie houd je de personeels-, salaris- en aanwezigheidsadministratie zorgvuldig bij. Ook ondersteun je de HR-afdeling bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. De functie is tijdelijk en biedt een afwisselend takenpakket binnen een professionele werkomgeving. Functiebeschrijving - Beheren van het HR-systeem, tijdregistratie en verzuimregistratie. - Verwerken van salarismutaties, waaronder overuren. - Voorbereiden van de maandelijkse salarisbetaling. - Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-werkzaamheden rondom verzuim, contracten en brieven. - Verwerken van indiensttredingen, interne wijzigingen en uitdiensttredingen. - Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's over HR- en salariszaken. - Zorgvuldig bijhouden van personeels- en aanwezigheidsadministratie. - Samenwerken met collega's van de locaties in Middelburg en Rotterdam. Aanbod - Een tijdelijke functie vanaf 1 november 2026 tot circa 1 mei 2027. - Een dienstverband van 3 dagen per week, flexibel in te vullen. - Afwisselende functie binnen HR en salarisadministratie. - Een professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen. Functie-eisen - Enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve HR-functie. - Ervaring met salarisadministratie. - Enige kennis van relevante HR-wet- en regelgeving. - Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, waaronder Word en Excel. - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht bij strakke deadlines. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een intege...
