Die kans krijg je binnen Sligro Food Group! Als HR Payroll Specialist kun je echt impact maken als het gaat om het succes en de ontwikkeling van onze salarisadministratie! Hoe ziet je rol eruit? Binnen het Shared Service Center maakt het team Personeels- en Salarisadministratie (PSA) onderdeel uit van de HR-afdeling. Het team bestaat uit gedreven professionals die dagelijks zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de personeels- en salarisadministratie. Als ervaren Payroll Professional ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salaris- en pensioenadministratie van een deel van onze organisatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op een juiste en tijdige salarisverwerking. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met externe partijen, zoals pensioenverzekeraars, uitvoeringsinstanties en andere relevante leveranciers. Door de groei van Sligro Food Group, zowel in Nederland als internationaal, krijg je steeds vaker te maken met vraagstukken rondom internationale payroll en fiscale regelgeving. Hierdoor draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van onze payrollprocessen. Heb jij ervaring met salarisadministratie en ben je digitaal vaardig?
