Strikt noodzakelijk HR Specialist Front Office We reageren meestal binnen een week Krijg jij energie van het helpen van mensen én van het slimmer organiseren van HR-processen? In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige HR Front Office waarin digitalisering, automatisering en AI een steeds grotere rol spelen. Wat ga je doen? Bij RAI Amsterdam zijn we continu in beweging. Dat geldt ook voor onze HR-dienstverlening. Als HR Specialist HR Front Office speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van de HR Front Office: een nieuwe dienstverlening die volop in ontwikkeling is en waarmee we medewerkers en leidinggevenden op een efficiënte, toegankelijke en toekomstgerichte manier ondersteunen. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en systemen en ziet kansen om deze slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker in te richten. Daarbij maak je optimaal gebruik van AFAS, selfservice-oplossingen, kennisbanken, ticketingsystemen en nieuwe technologieën zoals AI. Eenvoudige vragen help je automatiseren, terwijl je bij complexere vraagstukken de juiste HR-collega aanhaakt en zorgt voor de voortgang en tijdige opvolging. Daarnaast gebruik je vragen, signalen en data uit de organisatie om continu te verbeteren. Je vertaalt deze inzichten naar betere processen, slimmere systeeminrichting en een dienstverlening die steeds beter aansluit op wat medewerkers en leidinggevenden nodig hebben. Samen met je directe collega ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige personeels- en salarisadministratie. Je verwerkt personele mutaties, bewaakt de voortgang van workflows in AFAS en zorgt ervoor dat leidinggevenden en medewerkers op tijd de juiste informatie aanleveren.
