Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij verzuim-, arbo- en re-integratievraagstukken. Uiteraard bewaak je daarbij het hele verzuimproces. - Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij al hun personele en arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vragen. - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, dossiers, maandroosters en rapportages. - Verwerken van wijzigingen bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Je bent preventiemedewerker of je wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen. Wat vragen wij van jou? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een afgeronde HRM-opleiding of vergelijkbaar, met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Kennis van verzuimprocessen, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsadministratie. - Goede gespreks- en communicatievaardigheden. Je kunt goed luisteren, legt verbanden en denkt in oplossingen. - Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, proactief en integer. Dit kun je van ons verwachten Wij bieden een afwisselende functie binnen een betrokken en professionele HR-afdeling met 8 collega's. Een functie waarin je zowel adviserend als uitvoerend werkzaam bent en een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de ondersteuning van medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.
