Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stage waarbij je alle ins en outs van het werken als intercedent leert kennen en waar jij als volwaardig collega meedraait in het team? Wil jij namens Driessen een bijdrage leveren aan tevreden klanten en medewerkers? Kom dan stagelopen bij Driessen! Als stagiair(e) HRM ga je aan de slag bij onze afdeling die werkt voor klanten in het onderwijs. Binnen deze afdeling werk je mee binnen het team dat zich bezighoudt met de werving, inzet en planning van surveillanten binnen het mbo, hbo en universiteit. Je komt te werken in een team van enthousiaste intercedenten en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat er altijd op tijd een surveillant klaar staat, bijvoorbeeld bij toets- en examenweken. Je gaat in deze stage kennismaken met verschillende aspecten van het werk als intercedent. Je kunt hierbij denken aan: Het inplannen van surveillanten voor diverse onderwijsinstellingen; Administratieve ondersteuning; Vragen van medewerkers en klanten beantwoorden via de mail of telefoon; Je draagt bij aan de tevredenheid van de flexibele medewerkers door jouw actieve bijdrage aan onze HR-cyclus; De mogelijkheid tot het voeren van selectiegesprekken met kandidaten. Je komt te werken op ons mooie kantoor in Helmond. Wat vragen wij van jou? Het volgen van een relevante mbo-4 of hbo opleiding, bijv. Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening of HRM; Beschikbaar voor een meewerkstage voor minimaal 4 dagen per week; Leergierigheid en nieuwsgierigheid; Een proactieve houding, neemt zelf initiatief en je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken; Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; Een klantgerichte instelling; Maar zeker zo belangrijk: je bent natuurlijk gewoon een fijne collega om mee te werken! Wat bieden wij jou? Een dynamische, uitdagende meewerkstage voor minimaal 4 dagen per week binnen een enthousiast en resultaatgericht team, let op: het betreft geen afstudeerstage; Startdatum van de stage is februari 2027; We bieden jou een

stagevergoeding van €300,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime stage; Elke werkdag op kantoor een lekkere en gratis verzorgde lunch en vers fruit; Tijdens je stage krijg je veel informatie omtrent de ontwikkelingen in de flexbranche, de publieke sector, de flexwet en HRM-gerelateerde zaken; Aangezien alle HRM disciplines binnen Driessen aanwezig zijn, zijn er veel collega’s waar jij van kunt leren! Je krijgt een ervaren stagebegeleider vanuit het team toegewezen die jou gedurende de hele stage begeleidt. Waar ga je werken? Onderwijs is mensenwerk waarvan de kwaliteit in grote mate wordt bepaald door de inzet van goede professionals, zowel in de klas als daarbuiten. Daarom zetten wij binnen Driessen Onderwijs elke dag alles op alles om mensen die in het onderwijs willen werken te verbinden aan werk. Van basisschool tot wetenschappelijk onderwijs. Je gaat aan de slag op ons kantoor in Helmond, waar een enthousiast en betrokken team klaarstaat om samen met jou het verschil te maken.
