Over de functie Als HSE Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen en borgen van de Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standaarden binnen onze fabriek in Veghel. Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij het naleven van wet- en regelgeving, het verbeteren van veiligheids- en milieuprestaties en het versterken van onze veiligheidscultuur. Je treedt op als sparringpartner, coördinator en HSE-ambassadeur voor de verschillende afdelingen binnen de fabriek. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met productie, engineering, facility management, het Corporate HSE-team en de QHSE Manager om een veilige en duurzame werkomgeving te realiseren. Wat ga je doen? Als onderdeel van het QHSE-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen, coördineren en verbeteren van uiteenlopende HSE-processen binnen de fabriek. Je draagt actief bij aan het behalen van onze veiligheids- en duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat HSE een integraal onderdeel is van de dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders om veiligheid, gezondheid en duurzaamheid continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren en verbeteren van HSE-processen volgens de Corporate HSE Standards. - Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de HSE-strategie van de fabriek. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van afdelingen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. - Beheren en opvolgen van acties voortkomend uit RI&E's, audits, inspecties en incidenten. - Stimuleren van een sterke safety- en duurzaamheidscultuur binnen de organisatie. - Organiseren van safet...
