Wil jij bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving? Krijg je energie van een functie waarin wetenschap, techniek en HSE samenkomen? Wil je meewerken aan projecten rond veiligheid, milieu, duurzaamheid en productveiligheid?

Als HSE Officer draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HSE-beleid. Je ondersteunt collega's en leidinggevenden bij HSE-vraagstukken en zorgt mee voor de praktische uitvoering van verbeteracties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Meewerken aan projecten rond veiligheid en welzijn, milieu en duurzaamheid en productveiligheid.
  • Collega's en leidinggevenden adviseren over HSE-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Rondgangen en ISO 14001-audits opvolgen en verbeteracties implementeren.
  • Relevante lokale en Europese wet- en regelgeving opvolgen en vertalen naar praktische procedures.
  • HSE-indicatoren monitoren en rapporteringen verzorgen voor interne en externe partijen.
  • Procedures, opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
  • Meewerken aan duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en de ontwikkeling van producten die veilig zijn voor mens en milieu.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma met een sterke wetenschappelijke en technische basis.
  • Een achtergrond in industriële wetenschappen, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, biochemie, biotechnologie, chemie of farmaceutische wetenschappen is een voorkeur.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen HSE, milieu, veiligheid, duurzaamheid of een verwante technische of wetenschappelijke functie.
  • Ervaring in een chemisch of biotechnologisch labo of productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een stevige basis in HSE, bent leergierig en wil je verder ontwikkelen binnen het brede HSE-vakgebied.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en stelt prioriteiten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bouwt vlot professionele relaties op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
