Deine Aufgaben:

* Kennenlernen der Bereiche im Seilbahnbetrieb: Seilbahn- und Liftanlagen, Pistengeräte, Werkstatt und Beschneiung

* Mitarbeit bei Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten

* Praxisnahe Ausbildung direkt im Betrieb

* Laufende fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung

* Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung für Teilbereiche

Fachliche Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene HTL

Persönliche Kompetenzen

* Hohes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Technisches Verständnis und analytische Denkweise

* Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit

* Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck ruhig und konzentriert zu arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung für den sicheren Betrieb der Anlagen

Soziale Kompetenzen

* Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung von Kolleg_innen
