Interne & externe vacature Deventer Hidha, Huisarts waarnemer Delen Huisartsenpraktijk Verweij zoekt een betrokken, ervaren huisarts in dienstverband (HD) voor 8-24 uur per week. Over ons Huisartsenpraktijk Verweij is een overzichtelijke, goed georganiseerde praktijk met ongeveer 2.500 patiënten. Onze praktijk biedt zorg aan een diverse patiëntenpopulatie met relatief veel complexe medische en sociaal-maatschappelijke hulpvragen. Juist daardoor is het werk afwisselend, breed en betekenisvol: je kunt als huisarts echt verschil maken voor patiënten en gezinnen in de wijk. Je werkt samen met drie doktersassistentes, een POH-GGZ, twee POH-S-en, een praktijkmanager en de praktijkhouder. We hebben korte lijnen en hechten waarde aan open communicatie. Gewenst profiel - wie wij zoeken - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een huisartsenpraktijk - Betrokken, energiek en zorgvuldig - Affiniteit met een achterstandspopulatie - Digitaal vaardig. Ervaring met Medicom is een pré Wat wij bieden - Een gevarieerd patiëntenbestand - geen dag is hetzelfde - Kleinschalig - je kent je collega's en je patiënten - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en eigen inbreng - Standaard consulten van 15 minuten - Overleg over complexe casuïstiek met de praktijkhouder - Werktijden in overleg - Op termijn mogelijkheid tot associëren Procedure Lijkt het je mooi om in deze praktijk te werken en écht van betekenis te zijn voor mensen?
